In zones 4-5 grows well in full sun.  In
higher zones afternoon shade is best.
Use caution when handling, or cutting
plant.  POISONOUS if eaten, and can be a
skin irritant for some.  Wear gloves when

Beautiful very bright yellow bracts form on this dome-shaped
habit plant.  It is outstanding when blooming!  Foliage turns
red in Fall.  An old time, long-lived, low maintenance
perennial for the garden.
