Upon arrival of your order please open your box(s). Inspect your package and notify us immediately if
package is damaged or if you have any concerns. If after 30 days your plants show no signs of
breaking dormancy, please contact us so we may remedy the problem. Due to different climates and
species of plants, breaking dormancy may take longer with some varieties. See Plant Care for what to
do when you receive your plants. We will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
We will ship replacement plant(s) if available; otherwise a refund will be given.

Shipping
We ship within the United States only excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Some plants can not be shipped to
some states due to Agriculture regulations.
We ship most of our plants Priority Mail, US Post Office. Occasionally we use Fed Ex ground. We have
found this to be the most reasonable cost of carriers available. We do offer Fed Ex next day or 2nd day
at an additional charge. If you should like that we send your order by Fed Ex services please contact us
first before ordering.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% Restocking/Handling fee for all orders over $75.00. Please do not
