Prefers ordinary, well drained soil.  Shear back
in spring for a more compact growth and again
by half after first bloom tends to stimulate a
second bloom cycle.

Nepeta f. 'Walker's Low'  Gray-green
aromatic foliage gives way to the long
blooming soft lavender-blue flowers that are
produced on 2 to 3 foot long stems with an
arching habit.  Catmint is an easy perennial to
grow that attracts hummingbirds and
butterflies.
