Phlox s. 'Blue Emerald' is an old time favorite.  In spring the fine needle like,
evergreen foliage is smothered with lavender blooms. Great for rocky areas,
slopes, and flower borders.  Creeping phlox is one of our favorite
evergreen
ground covers that holds up to winter weather well.
