Phlox s. 'Emerald Pink' is an old time favorite.  In spring the fine needle like, evergreen foliage is smothered with bright pink blooms. Great for rocky areas, slopes, and flower borders.  Creeping phlox is one of our favorite evergreen ground covers that holds up to winter weather well.
