Pulmonarias spread slowly by creeping
rhizomes, form a nice clump. Dry conditions
can lead to powdery mildew and leaf scorch.

Pulmonaria l. 'Bertram Anderson' blooms a couple of weeks
later than others and is well worth the wait.  Fuchia buds open in
late spring and turn to beautiful gentian blue.
The foliage has long narrow leaves that are heavily spotted
with silver.  Grows well in shady garden among hostas, ferns,
and brunneras.  One of the most colorful of all perennials!
