Salvia is easy to grow in almost any climate.  
Though it is drought tolerant it will bloom
better with regular watering.  Deadheading
encourages longer bloom time.

Salvia n. 'Snow Hill' produces white flowers spikes on
aromatic green-gray oblong leaves.  Starts blooming in
early summer.  After blooming cut back to a few inches
above the ground.  This will produce a new flush of foliage
and a  second or even third bloom.
