 Evergreen (does not die back during
winter) Grows best in full sun but will
tolerate light shade.  Grows well in any
well drained soil, even those that are very
dry.  Does not bloom until plants mature,
2-4 years.

Yucca f. 'Color Guard' has creamy yellow sword-like leaves
with green edges.  In the fall and winter it will take on some
rose tones.  This is one of the nicest yuccas we have seen.
It is more spectacular when in bloom with 3-4 feet tall stalks
of large bell shaped flowers in summer.    Ideal for a no
maintenance garden.
